 Maître Seri S. ZOKOU

Lawyer for a dozen years, Master Seri S. ZOKOU is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Liège in Belgium.

 

Initially focused on corporate law, commercial law and contracts during his time at Adrien ABSIL (Liège), Maître ZOKOU has expanded his experience in European law, sports law and Criminal law, including financial criminal law and international criminal law.

 

Mr. ZOKOU also advises clients in the field of arbitration and negotiation and also intervenes in contentious matters.

 

He has had to deal with and deal with cases before various European jurisdictions (Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Great Britain, etc.) and international courts, in particular the European Union Tribunal and the International Criminal Court where he is currently a member of the defense in A trial considered to be one of the most important cases before this Court.

 

Maître ZOKOU also intervenes before the Court of Arbitration for Sport on behalf of international sportsmen and entities active in the field of sports economics.

 

Trained for several years in the fields of commercial and corporate law, he is regularly invited as a lecturer and analyst in the field of law and international relations.

 

In 2016, he joined Maitre Ibrahima FATY as part of the internationalization of Phoenix Law.

Maître Ibrahima Faty began his career as a lawyer in Paris following his admission to the Bar in 2005.
For 11 years he worked in various law firms such as JJ ISRAEL, Cabinet GRANGE & Associés, ISRAEL law firm as a trainee lawyer and then as a lawyer in the field of public law, public business law and law companies.
Since 2009, he has been his own account advising clients in many areas of private and public law, and also litigating.
Former journalist for various magazines and print media and former consultant for UNDP (United Nations Development Program), Maître Ibrahima FATY is also a teacher in public international law.
In 2016, together with Maitre Seri ZOKOU, he founded the firm '' Phoenix Law International ''.
